Congratulations to Mark Perry. Mark was presented with an Exemplary Service Award by the Lackawanna County Bar Association at its annual meeting on January 12, 2023. The award was presented by Bar Association President Michael Cosgrove and it recognizes Mark’s faithful service to the community and his dedication to the profession of law. Mark previously received an Exemplary Service Award from the LBA in 2010.
