Attorney Frank J. Brier Successfully Defends Doctor in Medical Malpractice Case
Frank
J. Brier, recently concluded the successful representation
of an Allentown area Chiropractor in an alleged medical
malpractice case. The litigation stemmed from physical
therapy following a shoulder hemiarthroplasty. The Plaintiff
alleged that the doctor failed to properly rehab the
shoulder resulting in a fracture of the proximal humorous
and permanent disability including nerve damage. Attorney
Brier defended the doctor in the four-day trial which
concluded in a defense verdict. The trial was held before
the Honorable Carol McGinley in the Court of Common
Pleas, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania.
