Profile:
Mr. Wenner’s trial experience includes trying more than 70 medical malpractice cases to verdict. In the 1990’s while doing work for The Physicians’ Insurance Company (PIC), he was recognized as having tried the most cases to verdict for that Company in Pennsylvania.

Mr. Wenner began his professional career at Walker, Miller & Cavacini, Allentown, PA, in 1979. As a general practice attorney with the firm, he gained his first exposure to medical malpractice defense work and, in two years’ time, the majority of his practice was devoted to malpractice defense.

Mr. Wenner has worked extensively in medical malpractice defense representing physicians and hospitals in the Lehigh Valley in all types of medical specialties, as well as complicated, catastrophic injury cases.

Mr. Wenner also served his country in the United States Air Force from March 1967 through December 1970.
