Profile:
Mr. Wenner’s trial experience includes trying more than 70 medical malpractice cases to verdict. In the 1990’s while doing work for The Physicians’ Insurance Company (PIC), he was recognized as having tried the most cases to verdict for that Company in Pennsylvania.
Mr. Wenner began his professional career at Walker, Miller & Cavacini, Allentown, PA, in 1979. As a general practice attorney with the firm, he gained his first exposure to medical malpractice defense work and, in two years’ time, the majority of his practice was devoted to malpractice defense. Mr. Wenner spent nine years with Walker, Miller & Cavacini before joining Hourigan, Kluger & Quinn, PC, in 1988.
From 1988 to 1999, he worked exclusively in medical malpractice defense representing physicians and hospitals from the firm’s Allentown, PA office. Mr. Wenner served as senior attorney in that office from 1993 to 1999. And from 1999 to September 2004, he worked in the Wilkes-Barre and then Kingston offices of Hourigan, Kluger & Quinn exclusively representing plaintiffs in medical malpractice litigation.
Prior to joining the Perry Law Firm, Mr. Wenner provided Todd S. Miller & Associates, Allentown, PA, with professional support in all aspects of personal injury litigation with an emphasis in medical malpractice litigation (plaintiff).
Mr. Wenner also served his country in the United States Air Force from March 1967 through December 1970.
