of the Temple University School of Law. He served as
a law clerk for the Honorable John T.J. Kelly Jr. on

published decisions, including what has become one of
the most cited decisions regarding Pennsylvania’s
relatively new Bad Faith Statute – Birth Center

Center decision sparked his interest in the insurance
industry and the litigation of bad faith claims. Consequently,

Warner, Coleman & Goggin where he initially specialized
in the litigation of bad faith claims and insurance
coverage disputes. While at Marshall Dennehey, Mike

liability.
After practicing in Philadelphia for
five years, Mike returned to his hometown of Wilkes-Barre,
Pennsylvania. He joined a prominent local law firm where
he represented injured persons in product liability,
medical malpractice and insurance bad faith claims.
Mike worked extensively on a high profile medical malpractice
case involving the death of a four-year-old boy that
resulted in an $11 million settlement.
Mike joined the Perry Law Firm in the
fall of 2006. Mike now concentrates his practice handling
medical malpractice, product liability, insurance bad
faith and general liability claims.
Mike is admitted to practice in
the Pennsylvania state courts and in both the Middle
