Mark
Perry speaker at CLE seminar entitled "Getting
Your Evidence in Expert Testimony Admitted into Court
in Pennsylvania."
On
Wednesday, December 14, 2005, Mark Perry was part of
a panel of lawyers who presented a CLE seminar sponsored
by the National Business Institute, in Scranton, Pennsylvania,
at the Radisson Hotel. Mark prepared the materials for
his part of the seminar, "Getting Scientific and
Expert Testimony Admitted into Evidence." Mark
was assisted in the preparation of the materials by
Caroline Miller and Sal Savatteri from the Scranton
office. Mark also presented a section on "Attacking
Opposing Expert Testimony."
