Perry has been appointed to the Board of Directors of
the Pennsylvania Defense Institute.

Perry was elected to the Board of Directors of the Pennsylvania
Defense Institute at PDI's annual conference, which
was held September 19-20, 2004, at the Eisenhower Inn
and Conference Center in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. The
Pennsylvania Defense Institute is one of the largest
organizations of its kind in the United States. Organized
in December 1969, it has a membership of approximately
1,000 lawyers, executives of insurance companies, self-insurers,
and independent adjusters from across the state of Pennsylvania.
