March 2007. Mark Perry, Speaker at Marywood University's Seminar "Long Term Care Administration Role of Government and Health Policy Regulation and Reimbursement."
On
Thursday, March 1, 2007, Mark Perry presented a seminar
at Marywood University sponsored by Marywood’s
Nursing Home Administration Program. Mark conducted
the afternoon session of the seminar entitled “Long
Term Care Administration: The Role of Government In
Health Policy Regulation and Reimbursement.” Topics
included, “Review of Impact of Government Health
Insurance Programs - Medicaid & Medicare”
and “Areas of the Law and Government Agencies
that Impact Long Term Care.” Mark also spoke about
the latest trends in government enforcement actions
as well as civil liability and risk management issues.
Mark was assisted in the preparation of the materials
by Elizabeth Scoblick from the Scranton office.
