The
Perry Law Firm, LLC is pleased to announce that
William J Aquilino, Esq. has been elected partner and
that Patricia Lafferty, Esquire has joined the firm.
William
J Aquilino
Attorney Aquilino has been a member of the firm since
2002.
Born in Columbia, Missouri, Mr. Aquilino is a graduate
of Franklin & Marshall College. He received
his Juris Doctor degree from the Dickinson School of
Law of the Pennsylvania State University in 1994 with
academic honors.
Mr.
Aquilino received his Master's Degree in Business
Administration summa cum laude in 2006 from the University
of Scranton, Kania School of Management. He was admitted
to the bar in 1994, Pennsylvania, and U.S. District
Court, Middle and Western Districts of Pennsylvania.
He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association
and the Lackawanna County Bar Association.
His
practice is primarily focused on medical malpractice
defense representing physicians, physician groups,
and hospitals within Northeastern and Central Pennsylvania.
Mr. Aquilino currently resides in Archbald with his
wife and two children.
Patricia Lafferty, Esquire
Patricia
A. Lafferty, Esquire, graduated from the University
of Scranton and Widener University School of Law. She began working for the Lackawanna
County District Attorney’s Office in 2004. She
most recently worked in the Special Victims Unit of
the Lackawanna County District Attorney’s Office
where she served on the Child Death Review Team and
Children’s Advocacy Center Multidisciplinary
Review Team.
Ms. Lafferty
also worked for the Law Offices of James T. Mulligan
where she practiced real estate law and general law
from 2006 to 2007.
Prior to joining
the District Attorney’s
Office in 2004, Ms. Lafferty was an attorney with the
law firm of Foley, McLane, Foley, McDonald & MacGregor,
P.C. where she specialized in personal injury litigation.
Ms. Lafferty
is a member of the Lackawanna Bar Association and
sits on the Board of the Young Lawyer’s Division. She is also a member
of the Association of Women’s Lawyers and the
Pennsylvania Bar Association.
Attorney Lafferty lives in Lackawanna
County with her husband and two sons.
